온도센서, 온도스위치 등 온도계기류를 검,교정 하기위해서는 Temp. Bath, Dryblock Calibrator등의 온도 발생원이 필요하고, 현장에서 보편적으로 사용하는 온도발생원은 대부분 수동으로 온도를 발생시켜야 하므로 작업자가 필요하며, ①온도발생, ②피교정체측정치 기록등으로 시간도 많이 소요되고, 오차등이 발생할 수밖에 없습니다.

기존 사용중인 온도 발생원 (Temp. Bath, Dryblock)의 정확도를 획기적으로 향상시키고, 검,교정기록 및 보관작업을 경제적인 비용으로 전자동 시스템으로 변환시켜 작업효율을 획기적으로 개선시켜드리겠습니다.
 
여러개의 피측정체를 동시에 검,교정하고 싶으시다면, (물론 이 경우는 해당 Dryblock에 multi-hole insert를 채용하고 있어야 함) ASM800 series advance signal multi-scanner를 같이 사용하면 됩니다.
또한 DTI-050 digital temperature indicator는
① 온도발생원의 정확도 점검이 가능하며, ② 현장에서 정밀한 온도를 측정하기 위한 정밀급 휴대형 온도 측정기로서 사용할 수도 있습니다.
DTI-050 digital temperature indicator는 ① 본체와 ② 정밀급 Intelligent reference sensor (STS50 : 0.04°C, STS100 : 0.014°C 정확도)로 구성되어있습니다.
Jofra 사의 표준센서류는 이곳 (STS sensor) 을 참고 하십시오.
본체는 T/C, RTD, thermistor 입력을 측정할 수 있으며, 센서 연결잭은 6pin REDEL connector를 사용하고 있으며, Intelligent type REDEL인 경우 해당 센서 calibration 관련 데이터를 내장하고 있어 연결과 동시에 센서 교정관련데이터를 본체로 전송하므로, 센서관련 셋업을 할 필요가 없어 신속한 측정을 할 수 있습니다.
만약, ASC300 multifuction calibrator를 사용하고 있다면 온도전송기등 4-20mA출력을 받는장비도 상기에 연결하여 전자동으로 검,교정작업을 할 수가 있습니다.
외부통신은 RS-232를 이용하여 JOFRACAL 또는 CON050 configuration software와 통신을 합니다.
